This morning while I was playing with my daughter, she leaned over, turned her face and kissed me.
In shock, I moved backward to look at her. She stared back at me.
Then, before I could change my mind about whether or not she did indeed kiss me, she did it again! I was so happy, I smiled and kissed her back. Which, she reciprocated.
Sometimes I think my daughter is smarter than she really is, but this morning, something tells me she knew I just needed some love.
I know everything will be alright. I know that they aren’t going to diagnose her with something life threatening. And I know that she is in God’s hands, which are good hands to be in.

Baby kisses solve every problem in the world. I love when my 14 month old leans in and smacks a kiss on my cheek. It's so heart-warming.
